I work at a computer all day and sitting for long hours doesn’t really help my leg circulation. Been using these pills for at least a decade and they keep the charley horses in my calves away.

87 yo dad says these help his restless legs, but the size of the capsules is a bit large for him to swallow.

they work good but it’s hard to tell because I use pain pills and leg cramp pills at the same time . I would like to get some more leg cramp pills again.
