If you are over 50 years of age, it is recommended that you take a multivitamin that contains no Iron, such as our Women’s Multi 50+, unless your healthcare professional has suggested otherwise. If you are a woman under 50, you should consider taking a multivitamin with Iron.
We recommend that you follow the suggested dosage found on each bottle (1 tablet per day). However, as with all supplement regimens and especially during pregnancy, you should consult with your healthcare professional before starting any supplement routine.

Good daily vitamins
lekaelam_38003 months agoI really noticed an overall improvement in my energy after taking these vitamins consistently over the last month. Although they are much bigger than I would prefer, it isn’t hard to swallow down and doesn’t have a nasty aftertaste.
Good multivitamin for Her
ashdanielle_16043 months agoThey work just fine. Just as well as any other multivitamin. It has basically the same vitamins as my previous multivitamin, but the amounts are slightly different. Some are more, some are less. The pill is about the same size as any other multivitamin. Overall, it’s a decent multivitamin but I wouldn’t say it’s changed my life by taking it. If you’re looking for a multivitamin to take, this one is pretty good.

andreat293_41483 months agoI have been trying This multivitamin for 3 weeks and so far I like it. It has great ingredients. The only think I would change is that I rather to have soft gels as it is more efficient

ashleyryanx3_2623 months agoThis product seems to work as intended. I did not have any issues taking the pills and size was average. Took them for a few weeks and I’d say they do their job. Clean ingredients and a good amount for what you pay
